WUSB11 v2.8 makes my keyboard hang??
OK I've been fighting and fighting to get my internet adapter to work in mandrake 10.1. Apparently it worked out of the box in 10.0, but I had to go install the driver to get it to work in 10.1. Anyway, I finally get the stupid thing to work, but now every time I plug in the adapter, the keyboard (which is basically just a standard PS/2 nothing special keyboard) freezes. Now I've plugged in another keyboard to the computer when it hangs, it makes the other keyboard's numlock light come on, but the keyboard is also frozen and no keys respond (including something as simple as the numlock key)
Linux w/o adapter = no internet
Linux w/ adapter = no keyboard and therefore pretty much no usable internet
Also when I have the adapter plugged in at the start of the computer, it hangs at netprofile. Now I went and edited ifcfg-wlan0 and set onboot to no, but it still hangs there.
This adapter is driving me crazy, but I have to use it b/c that's the only way to connect to the network in my house.
