wnc-0300 in debian (ndiswrapper issues)

Hiya!

I've installed Debian on my compy, and am
trying to get my wireless NIC
(LevelOne WNC-0300) to work.
It's supposed to work with the Win2000 drivers,
and ndiswrapper.

However, all the drivers are packaged on the CD
in some kind of EXE file, and I really don't know how
to extract what I need. Ideas are appreciated.
