wireless usb adapter

Hi guys, could someone help me connecting and configuring ths wireless USB adapter that I got from SMC, model SMC2662W. How do you mount this thing? I downloaded the drivers and installed them, but when I try to run the utility which is fvnet I get this error: ioct() failed.

Please help, I'm kind of new to this thing.....

cucoli@; take a look at howto sections 4.2 subsection 4.2.1 also 4.3.23 wireless and howto single list howto (ch5) (56pp) on pp54 wireless-howto ,wireless-link-sys-wpc11 mini howto and wireless-sync-howto

I'm sorry pinguin4, but is there another place where I could find this info. I don't see anything about USB wireless devices and how to mount them. Is there a command to install this device?

cucolin@; i,m sorry too. but have seen them at Mandrake forums. as u may
have noticed usb,s are just now becoming more usable there-fore linux is
just catching up. thats the lag with new devices. not to worry with all user,s
experienced n newbies input they will be avaible soon.
