wireless USB

Anyone know of any shipping products yet? I have to use a usb card in my laptop to burn cd's due to it only having usb 1.1 but I can't find any small lightweight laptops to replace it. I don't leave the usb card in it though since I don't want to have to carry a bigger case of the laptop so I have to plug and remove each time I want to use it, was thinking of starting to convert over to the new wireless USB devices but searching just turns up wireless usb network adapters.

Never heard of wireless USB CD Burner.

Would think the cost difference of a wireless USB external burner compared to a wired external USB burner would be extreme.

The wireless USb spec is supposed to only add a little bit to the cost, most of the circuitry is in the chipset. My Cb burner is currently a regular drive inside a $20 USB case so all I have to do is swap the case for the wireless ones, if/when they are shipping. Besides I can then sell the USB 2.0 card I have now since I won't need it anymore, the only thing I really need it for is cd burning, everything else works fine on USB 1.1 (flach drive, cell phone, etc).
