Wired USB 2.0 Network Adapter for Linux


Hi all,

Anyone know a good wired USB 2.0 network adapter that works with linux?

Quite frankly, you'd have a harder time finding one that doesn't work with Linux. Most USB Ethernet adapters use an ASIX chipset, which is handled by the "usbnet" driver. Examples would be the Linksys USB200M or the Netgear FA120. Either of those would be a good bet (being backed by a well-known company and all) but even those $3 adapters on eBay should work.
