Winter's coming. time to Hibernate! ;)

What modules should I load to get my computer to go into hibernate mode? Currently, The screen goes dark after 10 minutes of screensavers, but it's still fully powered (the led is green) and the system is still running. I'd like to be able to get it to Hibernate.

I'm running kernel 2.6.7 with Slackware 10.0

I think you need to set the hibernate time in your BIOS, at least that's how it was for me when I had 2.6 running on my system.

Yeah? Hmm... funny thing is, KDE has settings in its Power Management control panel for what looks like the display device, but which I have been told also affects hibernation. Right now, it appears to be on, but doesn't seem to affect much of anything. Also, I don't think WindowsXP requires BIOS changes to change how it hibernates, so I'm a bit surprised that linux would.
