Windows Partion Will Not Mount - Device Is Busy
All right, I've got a problem. I have Fedora Core 2 on a dual boot system with Windows XP with KDE as my desktop. I've set up a small script to mount my windows partions after I boot into linux. It rests in /. The script works fine, and prior to a small power outage which forced an unclean shutdown, everything worked fine. The script still works without apparent errors, and all of the partitions mount. But only 4 of my 5 partitions are accessible. The problem with the 5th partition is that it is (according to linux) always busy. umount does not work, but umount -l will, and the strangest thing IMHO is that the shortcuts I made to folders on that partition still work without error (I'm able to access them normally). But I can't access the main partition root without konqueror seizing up on me. Also, I can access the files and directories through the command line. Should I just reinstall KDE (or would this even help?) or is there a simple way to find out what is accessing the drive and shut it down?
