You have MDK, right?
1. put your Supplementary Apps CD into the Cd-rom drive, and browse to the packages starting with lineak. Probably you got two of them. Install them.
2. run lineak -l. This will list all supported keyboards. You have Microsoft Internet Keyboard.
3. Type lineak -c MIK
This will create the config file in your $HOME dir.
4. Edit this file manually. It is probably in $HOME/.lineak/lineakd.conf
(Anyway, lineak -c MIK will tell you where the config file is. )
Open this file and add whatever commands you want. Your Keyboard can be much more convenient than it is under Winxox. For example, I don't use Back, Forward and stop keys for internet or multimedia. Back key creates a new invoice, and the forward key opens my accounting soft.
5. At last run lineak -f $HOME/.lineak/lineakd.conf and have fun.
(NB. You can replace $HOME/ with the name of your home dir.
N.B. You can do all this via GUI. Run lineakconf
However, it is very easy, and maybe better to run it from the konsole. If at any time lineakd returns warnings such as "pid 2345 is already running", run "su", and "kill 2345" then restart lineakd: run lineak -r
P.S. I am not sure lineak is included in MDK8.1
