Hi.

Will all or at least most wireless USB adapters be fully Linux compatible in time? Meaning you just plug them in and are ready to go with no fuss.

probably everything will be made compatible with linux over time as linux gains popularity.

A little optimistic...

If such a device is not widely distributed or contains technology about which no information is available and little can be discovered, it isn't likely there will be anyone who will or can devote the time and effort to get it to work.

It's still the case that there isn't sufficient incentive for most hardware manufacturers to consider linux as a natural part of their market, although some are more open and friendly than others.
