Why DELL does not use AMD processors?

Is there a particular reason you would

A)Use a Dell? Dude...Dell sucks. Gateway too. If you aren't building your own, the parts probably aren't worth using. If you can't build one, buy from local shops, you are guarenteed better parts than the big nationwide corps on towers. Their support used to be worth lower grade parts to pay less, far from it in the last few years.

B)Need an AMD vs Intel.(Depending on your use, yes, there are massive preferences to one or ther other...but I mean you personally, do you need an AMD rather than intel?)
