Hello123 08-07-2005 02:11 AM

Which version of 32 bit redhat will install on IBM xSeries 366 (64 bit)?

We need to install a 32-bit version of redhat on a IBM XSeries 366 8863-1RY (64 bit m) machine. Any feedback on which exact version of 32-bit redhat OS will install on this machine.

Due to the nature of the application that we are installing, we cannot use a 64-bit redhat version.

Thanks for your help and feedback.

just asking around the office, it can't be done, you'd need to run something like vmware or bochs (on sf.net) and emulate it from what the guys are saying ....

x366 is supported with RHEL3 versions, x86 and EM64T.
