which nvidia graphics card
 

i originally had my money set on an MSI geforce fx 5700 card for about $150. now that i read some posts and glxgear scores i come to the conclusion that this card isnt what i want. what card do you guys recommend is good under < $150

elsa Geforce FX 5900 ...
1600x1200 with full details 60+ fps in UT 2004

though frame rates drop and all, but that's the average i get on my sys (2800+ with 1GB dual channel ram) cost ... A$350 approx which might come in at your US price ... dunno course conversions ... i have a feeling it's more in the $220 arena though

(i don't intend to upgrade for a while and XT version had cooling issues ... so i upgraded after the f**ing around on warranty

BUT it really depends on what you are doing
