Ok one more try again. I installed the DSL-embedded-4.4.10 and i have extract all files to my usb drive! I have nt changed syslinux.cfg at this time. Still not booting. I am wondering if my motherboard (even is a relative new model) has limited support for usb booting (checked motherboard manual but still no clue).

OK-try my fixitkitUSB-v4.21 and see if your computer will boot it
just put the boot folder and syslinux.cfg in your USB, unmount it, install syslinux to usb, and then reboot and see if it plays... the fixitkit has tinycore-1.4, netbootcd-3.0, a Hardware detect tool, can boot the HD, and sample menu, and instructions for making a iso using make_iso.sh/.bat and how-to put on usb too. it's 16MB iso/ 16MB USB if the link doesn't work yet-give it a minute-I just uploaded it... |
