what is the best wireless keyboard and mouse?
I just bought the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 1000 I really liked the way the mouse was styled but could not get it to work. I think it was because both the keyboard and mouse shared one usb connection. Well anyways I didn't like that keyboard at all the f keys where in rows of three instead of four and the arrow buttons were moved down blah blah. It wasn't pleasant. I pawn the set off on someone and ended up getting more than I payed for them. I am now going to ask before I buy. I really liked the standard 2 button wireless optical mouse, but since they come in sets I will probably just use whatever I get. Please post what wireless keyboard and mouse set you like. And please tell me how easy it was to get to work under linux. I am using slackware 10.1 btw.

Hi! First, it's better to have a bluetooth set, because of it's quality. I have a logitech one but with radio, and it's really good. The look and feel rocks.

I just hate how fast the batteries die out.
I like my logictec radio type better than my microsoft bluetooth setups. |
Ya You just have to buy rechargable batteries. I think newegg sells them for like 10 bucks. What sets do you guys have?

The Logitech UltraX Media Desktop looks like a good kit. I am now just scared if I could get it to work.
