what's the mean "128 Meg x 16 (16 Meg x 16 x 8 banks)"

Dear Sir.

This time, i'm read the datasheet of Micron "MT47H128M16"

This datasheet tell to me some information of "MT47H128M16"

128 Meg x 16 (16 Meg x 16 x 8 banks)

128 Meg = ?(total size?)
16 = ?(data bus width??)
16Meg = ?(each row size?)
16 = ?
8 banks = Already understand.

Please teach to me.

Thank you.

128MB x 16 bits wide = 256MB

The rest of it details how the chip is broken down inside

16Mbit x 16 bits wide x 8 banks = 2048Mbits / 8 = 256MB

Unless your designing the physical system this information is of no use.

Dear wildwizard.

Thank's your advise.

Your advise is very helpful to me.

Thank you.
