Weird "jerkiness" in display Mandrake 9.2

Ok, long time prowler and usually I find my answers with a search but this time I'm beat.

I have a Diamond Stealth III 32MB Video Card
and a MAG INNOVISION LT865B Monitor (Flat panel that maxs out at 1280 x 1024)

I have manually set my refresh rates -Vert & Horz to numerous settings.... but my display still seems to bounce and jerk randomly. Its useable but my lord the headaches! The display has jaggies around all the edges. I have sat and tried every MAG monitor listed in the control center driver lists and found one that seems to bounce the least but its still a problem. I cannot find a driver that is specific to my monitor. Right now I have XF86Config file using a refresh rate that works under windows but still my display is pretty hard to look at for more than 15 minutes.

Anybody have any ideas? If I take it down to 800 x 600 its okay but a waste of an 18.1 monitor

Here's my XF86Config file (The top of it anyway)
Any ideas/ Help would be greatly appreciated

Good Times with my Mandrake 9.2 machine

well I didn't get any help here.... I just kaked my whole machine--Rebuilt it -but low and behold I figured it on my own.... had to set XF86Config-4 to use one specific refresh rate and lie about my video card....MASSIVE TRIAL AND ERROR....

*Thank god for my main XP PC so I could reference valid refresh rates*

Finally my NVIDIA FX 5200 128MB video card did SOMETHING usefully....it sure sucks for Neverwinter or VIce CIty.
