Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Webcam support in Ubuntu Hardy

I have a a4tech pk-635 webcam. It has functioned and been detected in all other versions I've used of Ubuntu, but not in Hardy Heron.
Anyone know how to fix this?

By the way, the control-center give much less information about my hardware than the list I got in other versions of Ubuntu.

Thanks in advance.
