webcam problem


hai friends


i using one webcam that name is uni flying , how to i configure in my linux box , i am using fc3 , what drivers file it wil support tel me details

But I would suggest you think about installing FC8 or FC9 they have better support for hardware driver issues and alike.

Thanks for ur reply

my webcam is zebronics company.


I download spca**** for support zebronics driver

when i run ./install this gives like this error

module not found , my os is fc3.

thank u bye

Please spell correctly, it makes things easier to read and understand.

We realize you're using FC3...the current Fedora is 9. As 1jnike said, FC8 and FC9 have support for much more hardware than FC3 does, please consider upgrading to something current. Your problems may just disappear with the upgrade.

The module isn't found....have you loaded it?

Did you load FC9? Your post isn't clear.

Check out the man pages for modprobe. To load a kernel module, it's

modprobe <module name>
