Want an all around good and compatible graphics card


any suggestions?
lloking at GForce 5500 --that good?

Just about anything by Nvidia's good, so long as you don't object to proprietary drivers

Yep, just pick an nvidia based card in your price range. I have 5200, 5600 and 5700 here (plus older cards gf/gf2mx/gf4mx/tnt2)...
