Visioneer 4800USB Scanner

I have a Visineer 4800usb scanner. I've gone to configure your computer/hardware/set up scanner. It is listed but is unsupported. Fom what I have read it may work with a plustek driver that are supported, but when I set it up as above then run xsane it says it does not find any devices. If I run sane-find-scanner I get Vender=0x04a7, product=ox0224, Libusb=001:004 which is correct.

I have done chmod 770 /proc/bus/usb/001/004 first.

Any ideas on how to get this working?
