Video capture with a Mercury Tv tuner - saa7130 based

im running gentoo kernel 2.6.9-r4, i have v4l compiled in and saa7134 support as a module... I am runing udev. I cant get this card running. Ive seen so many variations, im not sure what to do.

my lspci shows it as saa7130 based, but the card is not in

0000:02:0b.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01)

/usr/src/linux/Documentation/video4linux/CARDLIST.saa1734 or CARDLIST.tuners

so how to i get it working??? anyone have any experience with one of these saa1730 based cards???
