Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Question VIA PT800 Chipset & Fedora/RedHat compatibility

I'm looking for a replacement of my 3 years old PC,
and it seems that the new VIA PT800 chipset rocks.
Did anyone knows if it works 'out-of-the-box' with Linux ?
I am interested in Fedora/RedHat 9.0 (which I own).
