i am a first timer using linux...just installed mandrake 10.0 and after install i reboot and get boot choices (linux, failsafe, 276-?, etc) i chose "linux" and recieve a "vga mode not supported" message. i can chose the other boot options to use the command line interface but since i'm a new user i obviously need the gui associated with the "linux" option. can someone please help or give some advice on how to fix the problem? probably fairly simple just i don't know.
