Using my laptop as a print server with a Lexmark x2350 printer.

I've looked around for a Linux compatible driver for my Lemark printer, and have found none.

Does anyone know if I can use my Windows computer as a print server that my Linux (Ubuntu) computers can use as a go-between for printing? (ie, sending documents from Linux to Windows to the printer, using the Windows driver for the printer)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

That will not work. the printer needs to interface using it driver code whether it is networked or not. So the machine that it is printing from must know the printer itself. If looking to change printers I recommend HP. They are very compatiable across many OS platforms. Most all current inkjet models will use the HPLIP package for linux.
