USB - zipdrive 250

Hi All,
I have a location server using redhat 7.3. The people using the server have hooked up a usb zip drive 250 for backups. How do I get the server to recognize the zip drive so i can mount it? Do i need to load drivers?

Thank you,
Nazs

when you plug in the device, check dmesg. or post the output of 'dmesg | less'. if detected, it should display the device file which to mount.
