Are there any USB video capture devices that work with Linux?
Something that will take an input from RCA video and audio jacks.

The Plextor ConvertX PVR devices are supported through Linux drivers available from http://go7007.imploder.org/.

Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-USB2 and variants are supported by the Linux Kernel as of 2.6.18. Additional information is available at http://www.isely.net/pvrusb2/
