USB to COM port expansion
 

I plan to develop application software using several COM ports (more than 2 obviously) and as such I would need USB-to-COM converters (or expanders).

Is there any "standard Linux" driver for this type of hardware ? A list of 'recommended USB-to-COM' adapters adapter would be nice. Thanks.
