USB sniffer programs?

Hello again,
I was wondering if there is a program out there that allows one to plug in a USB device, push the buttons and see what it returns? That would be a pretty useful thing, it seems to me, for those of us who are looking to get some USB things working.

Anybody know of such a beast?
