usb modem driver for eagle chipset

I have an usb adsl modem nd220 telindus by arescom with chipset analog device eagle.
Tried a lot to find a working driver software for redhat 9 with kernel 2.4.20-28.9 i686.
Can anyone suggest me if something is available (working...) or it is best to change modem with ethernet capability ?
regards to all.
