USB Joystick acting weird
 
Weird, sometimes my USB joystick works, I reboot, then it doesn't, then it does, then it doesn't, then it...well you get the picture. Idea's as to why it does that? Also, is there anyway I can restart the USB services? or would that even help? I'm confus-ed.
