USB device not claimed by an active driver

Dear all,
I just got a LaCie Big Disk (500GB), and wanted to connect it to my RedHat 7.3 system. The formatting worked fine, but after connecting it to another RedHat 7.3 (another Lab Computer), I get the following error when consulting dmesg:
usb.c: USB disconnect on device 00:1d.7-3 address 24
hub.c: new USB device 00:1d.7-3, assigned address 25
usb.c: USB device 25 (vend/prod 0x451/0x6250) is not claimed by any active driver.
Is there anyone with a solution for this problem?
Thanks very much in advance,

ahab
