USB Audio at bootup stops soundcard from loading.

Hi, I have a webcam (Logitech Quickcam 3000) with a built in microphone. When the unit is installed during bootup I beliave the audio-part of the webcam is detected as a soundcard, and m real soundcard is never properly loaded. If I instead insert the webcam AFTER bottup everything works pretty damn good.

What can I do?? Can I load my soundcard (Turtle Beach Montego) after bootup?? Can I delay the detection of the USB-unit so that my soundcard is loaded first?? Actually, I see no reason for the USB-devices to be detected at bootup at all since they will be anyway as soon as hotplug is up and working!
