I cannot get an external USB hard drive to format to EXT3. I just get the error "Unable to write /dev/sdc". Any ideas on what is going on?
Here is the output of fdisk -l
Code:
Disk /dev/sdc: 2000.3 GB, 2000398934016 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 30400 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 4096 = 65802240 bytes
Disk /dev/sdc doesn't contain a valid partition table
Here is the result of fdisk /dev/sdc
