Totaly new Redhat 9.0 don't know how to mount USB flash disk

Hi :
i'm totaly new Redhat 9.0 User and i don't know how to mount USB flash disk to the system .
please guide me to the needed process in order to mount it . i have important datra to look at and i don't know how ....
