To see the memory capacity of machine

I have upgraded my system RAM from 128MB->384.But where can i see the current Ram size of my machine is there any linux command available....????

he meant that top displays the memory available on the system, the processes running on the system and the %of cpu and memory utilising by each process

Dear moderator... hehe, I've been a mod for about a week, I'm still used to: "What in the heck are you talking about."

Sorry, I was making a joke as to how under unix there are always at least 3-12 or so commands to find out any one thing.
