To see the memory capacity of machine

I have upgraded my system RAM from 128MB->384.But where can i see the current Ram size of my machine is there any linux command available....???? Regards Saravanan |

he meant that top displays the memory available on the system, the processes running on the system and the %of cpu and memory utilising by each process
