Question Tevion Multimedia DVB-T 100 PCI

I am having some slight difficulties in getting my TV tuner card to work.
It is a Tevion Multimedia DVB-T 100 PCI.
(BTW: I have RTFM, and Googled it.)

I have installed the actual PCI card and plugged all my leads in.
However, I can't view video through it. The remote seems to act like part of the keyboard. Which is nice, but not entirely what I'd like.

Here is the output of lspci (with non-relevant, (i think) parts removed):
Code:
0000:00:09.0 Multimedia video controller: Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and Audio Decoder (rev 05)
0000:00:09.2 Multimedia controller: Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and Audio Decoder [MPEG Port] (rev 05)
and the output of lspci -vvv (I'm just being thorough.)
Code:
0000:00:09.0 Multimedia video controller: Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and Audio Decoder (rev 05)
Subsystem: KWorld Computer Co. Ltd. KWorld/VStream XPert DVB-T
Control: I/O- Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B-
	Status: Cap+ 66MHz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR-
	Latency: 32 (5000ns min, 13750ns max), Cache Line Size: 0x08 (32 bytes)
Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 225
	Region 0: Memory at ed000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16M]
	Capabilities: <available only to root>

0000:00:09.2 Multimedia controller: Conexant CX23880/1/2/3 PCI Video and Audio Decoder [MPEG Port] (rev 05)
Subsystem: KWorld Computer Co. Ltd. KWorld/VStream XPert DVB-T
Control: I/O- Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR- FastB2B-
	Status: Cap+ 66MHz- UDF- FastB2B+ ParErr- DEVSEL=medium >TAbort- <TAbort- <MAbort- >SERR- <PERR-
	Latency: 32 (1500ns min, 22000ns max), Cache Line Size: 0x08 (32 bytes)
Interrupt: pin A routed to IRQ 225
	Region 0: Memory at ee000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16M]
	Capabilities: <available only to root>
Can anyone give me a clue as to how to get this flippin' thing working?
