system clock

Hello!!

I have an annoying problem.
Every time i boot up my Libranet system is freezes when
its about to set the system clock to the hardware clock.
And i have to push ctrl+c.
Same thing when i shut down and i have to push the power button.
It doesnt unmount properly, and its need to check the harddrive and reboot
every start.

This isnt funny, what can i do about this?

Thanks!!
