svideo problem

Hi,

Iam using fedora 11 on toshiba satellite m200..

I have a problem with configuring the svideo.. when I connect it the port to my TV.. I get a display when fedora boots. i.e. the boot screen of fedora is shown on tv but when the boot process finally reaches the gnome login screen there is no display on the tv. The tv continues to show the last image of the boot screen. I hv tried to configure it by reducing the resolution of the screen but the display utility in gnome does not recognise my tv as a display device.

following is the output of xrandr -q

Code:

Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1280 x 800, maximum 8192 x 8192
VGA1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
LVDS1 connected 1280x800+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 304mm x 190mm
1280x800 59.9*+
TV1 unknown connection (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
1024x768 30.0
800x600 30.0
848x480 30.0
640x480 30.0

Please help me configure my svideo.. watching movies on tv is so much better. thanks.
