Suse 10 and dvdroms


Hello people...I'm new to linux.I installed a few days ago the Suse 10 linux version.They are great...but i have One problem.I can't find my Dvd rom devices: Plextor PX-708A DVD-RW and the DVD-ROM BDV316C . When i go to control center-> Yast Modules -> Hardware -> cdrom drives and get the administration rights it finds these two devices twice each one.Then i press ADD for each one and then finish...But still can't find my dvdroms...What can i do??Thank You...( if possible answer me at neo_the_ultimate@hotmail.com )Thanks...

Look in the /media folder or just put a disk in and let it auto-load your disk onto the desktop? The drives were installed when you installed suse.

won't work

I put a disc into the dvd rom and let it auto-load...I had a pop window saying that new data cd found and i should open it with k3b.It didn't auto load the dvd rom to the desktop.when i open the dvd with the k3b then the k3b just stalls and shows nothing.nothing in the media folder but my hard disk.also...when i start the k3b without a disk in my dvd roms i can see my two devices (plextor and btc) but when i put a disk into them...i can't find it's contents anywhere...plz help me...
