suse 10.1 x86-64: installation of nvidia drivers for onboard nForce 430 failed...

Hi,

My PC:
MSI MB k8ngm2-fid (onboard nvidia graphics Geforce 6150 + network/sound nForce 430), AMD 3000+, 939 socket, ...
linux distro: suse 10.1 x86-64

Question:
Installation of Geforce 6150 driver was OK,
but installation of nvidia drivers for nForce 430 failed, log follows...

I used the following driver for nForce 430:
//download.nvidia.com/XFree86/nforce/1.0-0310/NFORCE-Linux-x86_64-1.0-0310-pkg1.run

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

Thanks a lot,

J.
