sr1530sh (s3200sh) with lsi sw raid

i have intel MB s3200sh with lsi software raid onboard. two seagate 1.5TB were configured as raid1.

i installed the whole centos 5.3 (/, swap, /boot) on the raid (recognised as /dev/mapper/.....). after installation completed, the server was booted into a blank screen (no grub).

pls advise.

Well,

As I'm sure you are aware, grub does it's own enumeration of drives on a system. What do you get when you go into the grub shell and do something like:
Code:
root (hd
and hit 2 tabs for the "bash-completion" (a.k.a. 'globbing') to tell you what grub sees?

Let us know.

HTH.
