Question Sound Chip Problem -> ASUS TUSI

Hi friends,
I just try to install the ASUS TUSI main board's sound chip(on-board) but I can see that it is installed properly and there is no error message in playing difefrent formats but I can not hear any sound from my speakers? any idea ?
