Sound Blaster Live 24-Bit Problems.

After a successful install on Mandrake 10.1 with the 2.6.11 Kernel I have no drivers for my soundcard. I tried Google but it was no help.. I also tried your search feature but it returned an error.

So are there any Generic Soundcard Drivers that would support my card? What are their names?

The drivers are at http://opensource.creative.com and in the HOWTO section of the WIKI here there is a link to the ALSA HOWTO, but you can also get there via http://www.alsa-project.org

I should have mentioned that my soundcard is reconized as a SoundBlaster LS. Which is not true.

In HardDrake I can configre which drivers I wish to use I chose Emu10k1.. But I still get no sound.
