I have a San Disk cruzer mini (256 mb) and the image for slax. I tried to mount it to my usb, but I am unsucessful. I tried WinImage but it didnt work. It is currently formatted as FAT. Any ideas to make a bootable USB drive?
you have the image but do you have access to individual files?
burn the image to a cdrw disk drive.
copy all contents of the CD directly to your flash drive.
Change your BIOS settings to allow for booting off of a usb port.
