skystar and kernel 2.6.9-5.0.5.EL RHEL4

Hi all
i have skystar2 card and i am trying to install it to use it for SAT internet only, however
the driver is supported in the kernel (B2C2), i selected the driver as module.
i got this error

[root@rh4db 2.6.9-5.0.5.EL-smp-i686]# make
CHK include/linux/version.h
CHK include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h
/bin/sh: arch/i386/kernel/asm-offsets.s: No such file or directory
UPD include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h
mv: cannot stat `include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h.tmp': No such file or directory
make: *** [include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h] Error 1

the qustion is there any other way to get the card work?
what are the Apps which i can use that works with the SAT card to configure and use
the inernet?

kernel

2.6.9-5.0.5.EL

RedHat 4
