Hoto make linkux to see a aray sata-raid0 on SiI3112 controler ?
I try do do this on linux 2.4 ther is a driver called a sliraid, but id do nothing, i compiled him on kernel and reboot but system does not see the aray. what to do ?. What about Linux 2.6 ? hi do not have na special driver for SiI3112 raid,

if your array is blank, the eaisest way IMHO is to not use any si raid drivers, rather, just get the drives going as seperate disks (enable the sata support needed), and then use linux software raid to set up the raid. 'man md' might help you.

the sata drivers should be in anything greater than 2.4.24. although you may have to enable them and build a new kernel, if your default install dosent include them.
