sigmatel sound card problem
hi all,
i have redhat linux 2.6.9 box with sigmatel sound card.
it not working .(i.e i cant hear sound).
getting error no soundcard mixer found.
i tried with alsa packag, it install well and seems to be working but again no sound, got message sound card confilcting with gnome mixer.(not the exact message)
A) how will i unload gname volume controller?
or any other suggestion.
b) from wher i can upgrade my gnaome volume controller.
