Question setserial command not found error Mandrake 9.1

Hello everybody!
First of all let me say that I'm new in Linux.
In order to set up my PCI modem I neet use setserial command. It says in the modem instruction manual. But when I login as a root and type setserial, or /bin/setserial, or /sbin/setserial, Im getting error message command not found. Any ideas why there is no setserial in this new Linux Mandrake 9.1 ????? Most likely I'm doing something wrong and help will be really appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

I'm new too, but I'm barely one step ahead of you. You've got to install setserial. In Gnome, go to Configuration, Packaging, Install Software, it will ask for your root password. Once rpmdrake 9.1 comes up, in the upper left click on "all packages, alphabetical", highlight setserial, and then click install.

Thank you for the info! I got setserial installed. And of course crashed in to another problem. Here is what happened. In the previous version of Mandrake (8.something I believe) it was giving me 4 serial ports ttyS0, ttyS1, ttyS2, ttyS3. In this new version I'm getting ttyS0 and ttyS4 only. In my /proc/pci in says that my modem is on port 0x2000 irq 10. Then i'm doing this:
setserial /dev/ttyS0 port 0x2000 UART 16550A irq 10
After this it says that the port is already in use. When I'm doing the same thing with ttyS4 it does not give me any feedback. Looks like it does what it supposed to do, but I'm not able to connect to internet anyway. In kkkp it says that it found the modem but can not open it......I'm definitely doing something wrong here. Any ideas what????? Thanks a lot.
