Angry Server will not reboot with out the keyboard!

I just built a new server for my website. Its a AMD athlon 64 +2800 with 1 gig of ram and a 80gig SATA 150 hard drive. For some odd reason the server will not reboot with out the keyboard pluged in. The current OS is Centos 4.1 64bit and the kernel is 2.6.9-11.EL. If I plug the keyboard in and let it boot up, then unplug the keyboard it still will reboot. If I boot the server with out the keyboard and mouse it boots up fine. But when I go to reboot the server from the command line, everything shuts down and then it says restarting system then it just hangs. Anyone have any Idea what might be wrong?

That's kind of odd (the patterns). I am aware of many desktop-style BIOSes (though usually older ones) that will not permit booting without an attached keyboard. Look and see if your bios has any keyboard-related options.

I have the Bios set to ignore the missing keyboard. If I shut down the server from the command line it shuts down fine. It just will not reboot. If I boot server with the keyboard pluged in and then unplug it after its booted. It restarts just fine. But if I boot the server with out the keyboard it boots just fine. If I shut it down it shuts down fine, but if I restart it. It hangs when it says restarting system. If I boot it with no keyboard and then plug in the keyboard, and then restart the server it still hangs. It has to be something in the OS.
