Scrolling probs in mouse in kernel 2.6.10


i am using PCQ linux 2004

i compiled kernel 2.6.10 on it

i built in all mice as modules in the kernel

even my /etc/X11/xorg.conf file has Options "ZAxisMapping" "4 5" entry
but still the mouse is unable to scroll...any suggestions

change mouse protocol to "IMPS2"
